This  presentation (A Critical Review of Bivocational Ministry) is based on an academic paper written by the presenter, which was published in the Journal 'Practical Theology'. The presentation will encompass definitions, history, theology, challenges and benefits and some research findings on  Bivocational Ministry.

Synopsis

This presentation offers insights into personality types. Recognising your own personality type and that of others is one of the key ways to reduce the risk of stress and burnout in  pastoral ministry. These principles also apply in other areas of life outside ministry such as relationships in general (including marriage).
